Stefanie Alvarez



Stefanie holds a Joint-Honours degree in Law with Philosophy and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2017. 

Before joining Eldwick Law, Stefanie was a County Court Advocate covering a wide range of practice areas including housing, insolvency, property, personal injury, civil litigation, debt recovery and landlord and tenant matters. 

Additionally, Stefanie worked as family law Mckenzie Friend and attained invaluable court experience of first hearings right through to permission to appeal in private family law proceedings, including child arrangements, applications under the Family Law Act 1996, international relocation and child abduction matters. 

Not only does she have experience with the UK family legal system but also interned in Colombia where she worked with vulnerable children and oversaw family cases at the Palace of Justice, as well as attended workshops on Human Rights at the United Nations in Geneva. 

Apart from being a commercial paralegal, Stefanie sits on the board of trustees for a woman’s charity who deal with domestic violence and family-law related matters and works alongside Urban Lawyers to educate youths on the criminal justice system and Criminal Law.
