Chloe Hingley

Fraud Solicitors London

Chloe is a consultant solicitor specialising in criminal defence including extradition and court martial proceedings.

She represents clients across the full spectrum of criminal offences and attends police stations and magistrates’ courts across London.

Chloe has a successful record challenging extradition requests before the lower court and on appeal at the High Court. She has been involved in many complex and high profile cases having trained with the country’s top extradition practitioners at a leading London defence firm. She works closely with lawyers in other jurisdictions to assist clients in compromising arrest warrants domestically and transferring their sentence to the UK.

Whilst at university Chloe was part of the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. She is committed to military justice and has acted for senior members of the armed forces facing Court Martial proceedings. She is able to travel across the UK and overseas to represent military clients and can advise in relation to summary dealings before a Commanding Officer.

Chloe has a passion for representing individuals who have been criminalised when challenging their abuser. She is on the legal reference panel for a charity that holds the state to account for violence against women/girls, and undertakes complex appellant work challenging convictions of women who have killed their abuser. She also advises in relation to the Victims Right to Review scheme for those who have not been protected by the criminal justice system after reporting such abuse.

Chloe has successfully prevented prosecutions on behalf of professional clients, particularly in relation to fare evasion matters.

Chloe undertakes both private and publically funded work.
