Adam is a Paralegal at Eldwick Law, having joined the London-based Commercial Litigation team in March 2020. He assists the fee earners on a number of commercial litigation matters and high-value complex disputes.
Adam completed his law degree at the University of Nottingham, where he served as President of the Bar Society and volunteered as a mentor to younger students. He is a called member of the Bar, having been awarded the Hardwicke Scholarship by Lincoln’s Inn, after completing the BPTC and an LLM in Professional Legal Skills at City Law School.
Adam has previously volunteered with Legal Action for Women, assisting vulnerable women in their efforts to regain primary care of their children from the care system. He has previously worked as a County Court Advocate undertaking over 500 county court hearings across a range of civil-law matters; having been instructed on over 250 small claims from insurance-based Road Traffic matters to contractual and aviation disputes. He currently serves as the Chair of Trustees and Director of Leducate, a charity that promotes legal education amongst secondary-school aged students in England by providing comprehensive curriculum resources to teachers and interactive experiences for students. Leducate currently works with two school-trusts based in London and Nottingham and is honoured to count Lord Neuberger as a patron.
